SHIPPING & HANDLING
DVDs and/or CDs: $5.00 for first item plus $1.50 for each additional item. Special DVD Sets 
of  4 or more DVDs in 1 SetBox: $6.50. Orders will normally ship within 2-7 business days via USPS. 
For your added convenience we will provide you with specific tracking information at time of shipping.
Canada: DVDs and/or CDs: $10.00 for first 2 items plus $6.00 for the next 5 items for more please call.

WARRANTY
Our products are  unconditionally guaranteed for thirty days after purchase to be free of any material defects. In the rare case of a defect, please contact us within the above time to obtain our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number BEFORE returning the item for exchange or full refund.  IMPORTANT: Returns without prior RMA approval cannot be accepted.
